I already filed for bankruptcy and now my condo was going into foreclosure. When I received

the Sheriff Sale I did not know what to do. I came across Matthew Ferreras' flyer in the mail. I did not want to call because I thought this would be a scam or a con artist. I called and spoke to Matthew Ferreras about my situation. He listened, was kind, very very patient and he is very professional. Within a few days he took over my foreclosure sale. He did a short sale and saved me for ruining my credit even more with a foreclose on my credit report. Now that my condo is sold, I am less stress and much happier. This gentleman saved what was left of the rest of my life. My wife had left me and I was 2 year behind in my mortgage due to losing my job after several heart attacks.  My house was in foreclosure an I thought the only way out, well you know what I mean.  Joe worked with me for a year and half an  put together a short sale that not only paid off my bills buy made sure that the IRS didn’t’ come after me.  This was GREAT!  I figured that my credit was shot and would be for the next 10 years but he told me he also worked with a company that helps people like me get back on their feet after a experience like this.  Something he did not have to do because as far as I was concerned he had done enough! More than I expected!  I went to my credit union  to borrow money to buy a reliable vehicle not expecting to be approved.  Not only was approved but the CEO of the credit union stuck his head in the door and said “Hey Frank, Congratulations!!” When I asked why he said my credit score was 672 which made me average.  I still can’t figure out how my credit score went from the very low 500’s to 672 but I’m sure Joe and the company he works for had something to do with it.  Yes, I lost my house a house I grew up in and was my grandmothers, but I got my life back!! That’s all that matters.  Joe, Thank you for saving my life, and I mean that literally.  Without your help and what you did for me I honestly don’t think I would be here today!  All of you people out there who may be in the same situation I was. Please give Joe a call. I know he can help you because I know what he did for me!!
